When founder Louise Talbot opened her small deli in Hermosa Beach, California, she didn't realize that a staff of more than 150 people and 15,000 square feet of bustling kitchens was in her future. But when she met her future husband, Joe Lohman, also a chef, together they began to formulate the foundation of what today is New York Food Company.
A big part of that foundation was a credo that both Louise and Joe live and work by -- to offer "Great Food. Anywhere. Anytime." Today, this motto is taken to heart by the entire company.
